What NOT to do when submitting a return
- Do not send the stock back without first logging a return with DSV. This will cause delays in processing your return as there is no reference or traceability of the request and may not be processed at all.
- Do not send back any additional stock that does not pertain to the return when DSV uplifts the items for return. Please note that for any unauthorised returns no credit will be passed and stock will be destroyed. Only returns via a valid return number will be considered for credit.
